Welcome… 샴페인 한 잔!
진지하게 회의하고… 쉬면서 커피 한 잔. 만족한 결과에 서로를 위로하고… 축하의 와인파티. 이렇듯, 사무실에서 모든 것이 가능하다. 진지해지고 때론 릴렉스해지는 것이다. 열리고, 닫히고 심지어 CEO방에서부터 직원들 휴게동선과 연결된다. 이 모든게 낯설지 않게 자연스럽게 행해지는… 누구나 생각해 봄직한 이상형 사무실이다. 사진작가이기도한 CEO와는 테이블, 소파를 직접 같이 구매했으며 그림 한 점, 소파 하나에도 의견을 나누었다. 일렉트릭 기타를 한곳에 세워둘 만큼 그는 멋지고 감성 충만한 CEO였다. 이렇듯 디자인을 이해하고 사랑하는 CEO와의 작업은 일 이상의 의미를 지니고 있다. 무엇보다 건설사 창업자분께서,“여의도의 수많은 office 중에 park를 두고 이렇게까지 잘 해석한 곳은 이곳이 최고일거다,” 라고 자부심을 가졌다는 것은 우리와 이야기를 잘 풀어낸 듯해 더욱더 기억에 남을 작업이 될 듯하다.





A glass of champagne…as a welcome drink!
A cup of coffee and relaxing…after a serious meeting. A wine party celebration…after a satisfying outcome. As so, everything is possible at the office. Sometimes tense, sometimes relaxing. Opening and closing of spaces even connect the CEO office to employee corridors. All this happening naturally in a familiar manner…an ideal office space anyone may have at least once imagined about. Sofas and tables were purchased by the CEO himself, who is also a photographer. We shared opinions on every aspect, from sofas to a single painting. From the electric guitar displayed at a corner, it was evident that the CEO is a trendy and sentimental individual. Like so, a project with a CEO who loves and understands design carries a whole new meaning. More than anything, the office design will be a memorable project for a long time because the construction company founder complimented the design with pride. "Among countless offices at Yeouido, this office is definitely the best at translating the space as a park-side office." This also shows our successful interaction with the client when taking on the project.
