토목 공제조합에서 소유하고 운영하는 홍천에 위치한 골프 컨츄리 클럽이다. 3000여개 회사의 조합원 구성원을 위한 연수원이 주 목적인 프로젝트이다. 회사 발전과 단합을 위한 재교육과 연수가 목적이었을게다. 75,900㎡ (23000평)인 이곳에 우리는 새로운 개념의 리조트와 연수원을 기획하고 제안하고자 했다. 

More Calm, More Active, More Healing and Art Culture

쉴틈없이 바쁘고 업무에 고달픈 일상에서 현대인들에게 가장 필요한 것은 휴(休)라고 할 것이다. 푹 쉬고 힐링 포인트를 찾으며 조각 정원과 미디어 아트.. 등 감성 공간에서 능동적이고 활동적인 움직임을 통해 재교육의 성과가 나타났으면 하는 컨셉이다. 토론이나 의사소통을 향상 시키기위한 다이나믹한 공간 또한 루프탑.. 등 곳곳에 배치 하였다. 이곳을 처음 방문했을 때의 첫인상을 뭐랄까? 그렇게 매력적이지 않았다. 아마도 페어웨이 끄트머리 외진 곳에 있기 때문이지 않을까? 싶다. 우리는 무엇보다도 힘있는 축 (AXIS. 軸) 이 필요했다. 첫번째 축은 페이웨이를 따라 메타세콰이어를 줄지어 심고 70M에 이르는 긴 호수를 만드는 것이었다. 그 곳에 연회색의 FINE DINING 건축물을 계획하여 오리 요리 등.. 이곳만의 시그니처로 이곳에 와야 하는 이유가 되게 하고 싶었다. 물억새와 함께 호수 중앙에는 힘 있는 붉은 조각을 배치하여 경이로운 에너지와 함께 자연과 교감을 이루게 하였다. 따라서, 호수주변에선 멋진 행사나 다양한 이벤트가 열리곤 할 것이다. 붉은 조각을 중심으로 또 하나의 축은 서클 형태인 연수원과의 직선축인 것이다. 경사지를 따라 직선축 끄트머리에 있는 연수원의 모습, 그것은 마치 거대한 돌이 언덕에 얹혀져있는 것처럼 보일 것이다. 세번째 축은 FINE DINING 건축물 측면에 형성되는 은행나무 (GIMKO TREE) 길이다. 5M 간격으로 50M의 사잇길이다. 이곳에선 결혼식, 음악축제, 웰컴파티.. 등 다양한 프로그램을 소화해 낸다. 서쪽을 등지고 북쪽부터 남쪽을 바라보는 산중턱에는 특별한 경험을 할 수 있는 6개의 팬트하우스를 포함 42개의 리조트를 계획하였다. 이곳은 쉐어하우스 개념으로 운영하게 될 것이다. 커뮤니티 시설로는 전망이 뛰어난 인피니티 풀과 사우나, 클라이밍 짐, 실내 수영장, AV ROOM, 특히 아이들을 위한 ART CRAFT 체험실, 야광 미니 골프장과 함께 MYSTIC SPACE 등이 배치될 것이다. 세개의 원(Cirale)으로 구성되어지는 연수원은 Sweet. Fantasy 컨셉으로 47개의 객실을 갖추게 될것이다. GREEN CONCEPT의 COURT YARD는 CHEF KITCHEN, TEA HOUSE LAP, DESERT CAFÉ, FLOWER SHOP 등과 어우러져 다양한 즐거움과 EVENT는 물론, 창의적인 경험을 스스로 만들어 가는 매력적인 공간이 될 것이다. 더욱이 CIRCLE 연수원은 루프가든으로 서로가 연결되어 램프 길을 따라 산책 및 요가.. 등을 할 수 있다. 이 모든 것의 중심에는 GARDEN이 있다. Sculpture Garden, Pond Garden, Flower Garden, Circle Garden, Chess Game Garden, Play Garden.. 등이 있으며 나즈막한 숲에서는 숲명상, 숲놀이 등을 통해 몸과 마음의 균형을 찾는 Healing Program이 준비될 것이다. 또한 이이들을 위한 KIDS GARDEN에는 쉼터와 놀이터와 함께 채소밭 가꾸기.. 등 자연 활동을 통해 우리 아이들의 마음 속에 초록색이 확실하게 자리 잡게 할 것이다. 조각정원 한쪽 곁에는 지하이면서.. 자연광만으로 작품 감상을 할 수 있게 한 지중 미술관이 있다. 마주앉아 작품만을 직관하며 마음의 평온을 찾는 이 곳만의 특별함은

이러한 질문에 우리가 그린 그림이며 답인 것이다.자신을 업그레이드하고 어제보다 나은 나를 만드는 LEARNING CIRCLE 연수원 이곳은 사람과 사람, 사람과 환경, 사람과 자연이 더욱 조화롭게 어울리는 공간이며 누구에게나 소중한 장소를 만드는 것이 우리의 목표이다.




 

Located in Hongcheon, this Golf Country Club is managed and owned by the workers' collective.The project is primarily aimed at establishing a training center for members of 3000 companies cooperatives. This facilities purpose was to provide reeducating while unifying individuals for the development of the company Covering an area of 75900㎡, we aimed to propose a new take on a resort and training center.

What a modern person needs most is relaxation ‘휴(休)’ in this busy daily life that cycle without a moment’s rest. The concept is to find space for deep rest and healing points in emotional settings like the sculpture gardens and media arts zone that visualize dynamic motion can foster reeducation. Dynamic spaces such as rooftops were strategically placed to nurture discussions and conversations. What kind of first impression did this place give? It didn’t seem particularly attractive. Perhaps it’s because it’s tucked away in a secluded area of the fairway. More than anything else, we were in need of a strong AXIS (軸) The first axis involved planting sequoias along the fairway, creating a long lake stretching 70 meters. In a light-gray colored FINE DINING building, focusing on specialty cuisines like duck, we strived to create a signature reason for visiting this location. Alongside bulrushes, in the center of a lake there is a dominant sculpture that imbues with a sublime energy. Thus, outstanding events and activities are planned to happen near the lake. Another axis, like the red sculpture, is the circular-shaped training facility's straight axis. Situated at the top of a slope along the straight axis, the training center would appear as if a massive stone is perched upon the hill. The third axis is formed by rows of Gimko trees along the side of the FINE DINING building. A 50M pathway, every 5M intervals. Various programs such as weddings, music festivals, welcome parties and more can be hosted On the mountainside facing west, from the north to the south, we plan to have 42 resorts which includes 6 penthouses where guests can experience something special. This location  will operate like a share-house. There will be excellent community amenities such as the infinity pool with a stunning view, sauna, climbing gym, indoor swimming pool, AV room, creative art workshops for kids, glow-in-the-dark mini golf course, and a mystic space. The training center, composed of three circles (Cirale), will feature 47 rooms with a Sweet, Fantasy concept. This GREEN CONCEPT’s courtyard will blend all the elements of the CHEF KITCHEN, TEA HOUSE LAP, DESERT CAFE, and FLOWER SHOP to offer diverse and festive events. An attractive location where individuals can craft their own creative experience.The CIRCLE training center is connected by rooftop gardens where people can decompress by taking a walk or doing some yoga along the lamp-lit paths. In the center of everything, there is a GARDEN. A sculpture garden, pond garden, flower garden, circle garden, chess game garden, play garden, and more. In the serene forest, healing programs such as forest meditations and activities will be offered to help individuals find balance between body and mind. Moreover, there will be a playground and vegetable garden in the KIDS GARDEN dedicated to children for a place of rest. We aim to firmly establish the color green in our children’s hearts, symbolizing a deep connection with nature. Adjacent to one side of the sculpture garden, there is an underground art gallery designed to admire artworks solely by natural light. The unique charm of this space lies in the ambient experience of sitting face-to-face with artworks, finding calmness through reflection.
